Please read these terms carefully before using SaaSySMS. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaaSySMS platform available at saasysms.com ("Service"). By registering for an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all SMS messages sent through the Service comply with applicable laws and carrier regulations, including obtaining proper consent from recipients, honouring opt-out requests promptly, and registering campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR) where required for 10DLC numbers in the United States. We may suspend your account if carrier complaints or regulatory violations are reported against your workspace.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Credit packages are charged at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.
SMS credits are consumed when messages are sent. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between workspaces. Unused credits from a monthly subscription grant expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased credit packages do not expire.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by SaaSySMS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload or create through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSySMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSySMS and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination before deletion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which SaaSySMS operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
